Features of Coachlog® Software
Coachlog® Software is a suite of presently
four different online software modules, also called
The Modules. I have had the first
concept for this new form of online coaching back in 1998 while working
as a corporate trainer in Jakarta, Indonesia. Since then, I have
developed
these modules further, without however being able to receive any valid
tech help. I thus did all the design, layout and programming myself,
which is one of the reasons it took so long to get all this done.
Here are the four giant babies as they populate now this galaxy. They are all open to the public which means that these modules may be part of a future commercial software range of professional allure, provided that my ownership, idea and original invention is credited. I will now point out some of the main features common to all four Coachlog® Software Modules:

The
Feedback-Loop Technique®
is the first and perhaps most important element of my approach
to online empowerment. It is the core of
this new daring self-help technique that I call
coach logging.
Let me shortly explain what this technique is all about. It is
something like a private blog software
where the user posts to a blog,
answering in a stream-of-consciousness writing style
to questions that the blog coach asked. Let me explain a little
more about the psychological background of this technique with
references to some of my publications.
There is a cosmic intelligence in all of us that manifests through the spoken and written word. The power of language is real in the sense that language is a truly creative force in the universe. Language is part of our primary power and it's the basis of all human culture. I got this insight by studying of all existing and past religions, during a retreat that lasted for about five years and during which I was having truly mystic experiences. As a result, I wrote a study that, perhaps for the first time in human history, has laid down the principles of true and peaceful human culture. This study, now an audio book, is entitled Eight Dynamic Patterns of Living. In this study, I mention and define Language as one of the eight dynamic patterns of living.
My research was confirmed through the study of shamanism over the last twelve years and several experiences with shamanism, hypnosis and natural healing that I have recounted in my audio book Consciousness and Shamanism (2010).
This research brought to daylight that it is not so much the language around us but rather the one within us that triggers changes in our mindset, our belief system and our organism. It is the dialogue with our inner selves, which I call inner communication, inner dialogue and that often manifests through self-talk. This kind of work triggers tremendous changes. It is not the language we could call outer communication, the primarily verbal communication with others that has this effect, but only the communication we lead with inside. It is all-too-obvious that in our modern gossip-society the general focus is on the latter, comparably unimportant form of using language, whereas the really important primal language, the one that is inside of us, is almost totally disregarded and forgotten.
The studies I have done on tribal cultures in my quality of Director of Ayuda Foundation International, a humanitarian NGO I've setup 1994 in Holland have fully corroborated my hypothesis that the real power of man resides inside, and is related to the way we communicate with what the natives call the spirit world, and which our psychological languages prefers to call our inner selves. I found that both tribal cultures and mainstream religions affirm that one or the other form of meditation should be practiced as an inner clearing process so as to regularly cleanse the consciousness surface from conditioning and alienating influences and render it again immaculate and transparent. In this sense, the Biblical term of immaculate conception should be rather taken as a metaphor for immaculate perception.
The far-reaching and unconventional studies of Edward de Bono on the function of the memory surface have been fully corroborated, in the meantime, by quantum physics. These insights clearly show that our perception is conditioned and manipulated by our inner beliefs and our self-talk. Thus, when we work on our inner landscape using the feedback loop technique, we can effectively purify the perception process, not only for our immediate future, but for all times. This is so because these patterns are karmic, as I have seen it through the use of karmic astrology. I have summarized these insights in my audio books Patterns and Perception (2010) and Processed Reality (2010).
Dr. Joseph Murphy, lawyer and theologian and founder of the New Spirituality movement in the United States, has in all his many books affirmed that through the daily quiet repeating of positive affirmations, a method Murphy called scientific prayer, our life can change and improve in amazing ways. Dr. Murphy studied all world religions and came to the conclusion that the esoteric religious knowledge about the power of the word is universally recognized. I discuss Dr. Murphy's fantastic exploits in my audio book Creative Prayer (2010) and my Idiot Guide to Soul Power (2010).
I owe much, very much, to J. Krishnamurti and some of his long-term friends. It was K. who contributed to enlighten me and transform my life completely from a life that was a bunch of dead routines to a life of meaning and creativeness. It was K. also who affirmed my strong love for children and my desire to educate small children responsibly. It was K. who taught me that I did not need to liberate myself from all my shadowy selves and illusions to become a good educator, but that I had to start here and now, by accepting myself as I was, and not in some distant point in the future. K. taught throughout his life with unmatched clarity that we need to practice total attention to all that is going on in and around us. He especially affirmed the need to integrate our part selves by practicing meditation as a process of total communication with all within and around us, and the cosmos. In order to do the work on your
inner
selves, you need to be fully relaxed and your brain hemispheres need to work
in synch. This means your
thinking will be more coordinated and you shall be more
receptive to new input. At the same time you will more easily
access your inner wisdom.
The
third element is
Your Ultimate Decision & Contract which is a contract
you are going to conclude with yourself and that represents
something like a vow and that is binding for you, as you promise
to yourself to work through the software again from top to
bottom if you break the vow. You are going to post your
signature under the contract to affirm and confirm its validity.
The
forth element is the
clarification of Your Needs
as a free input blog, if you answer the question with 'Yes' that
your needs are important.
The
fifth element is the
clarification of Your Expectations
as both a multiple choice and a free input blog. What sounds
like a commonplace on first sight, is actually a very important initial element for
starting any quest for self-improvement: what do you
expect to happen? This is so tremendously important because it's
a rule of life that in most
cases we get from life what we expect
to get.
