Coachlog Online Self-Development Software

Hear This PageThe Coachlog experience, a feedback-looping technique for conscious incremental personal growth, self-empowerment and holistic healing of early trauma, narcissism and various patterns of self-defeat, self-accusation, denial of self-realization. I have myself developed this new approach to personal coaching, that is entirely done online, via the Internet, and blog posting, as well as email follow up. Coachlog is free so far, as it is still in beta testing, the support is done by email and is free for Sirius-C Premium Members. Coachlog comes with four modules that are all linked to a shared relaxation and focusing module which is hosted on the present web domain, while the modules themselves are each on their own domain.

MediaAnother novelty on Coachlog is that for the first time I have spoken this whole part of the site as MP3 and you can hear it in the server-based flash player, by clicking on the button above. The player will open in a separate browser window. You have link buttons on each of the pages linked below that you should browse one by one, from left to right.

The perhaps most important about Coachlog is effectiveness. This effectiveness is achieved through a unique writing technique that traditionally is called stream-of-consciousness style of writing or creative writing. The method consists in the coach asking you so-called loaded questions that you answer, as blog posts, writing as fast as you can and without consciously thinking about the reply. That means you are actually opening your gut-gate, you let your gut speak and thereby elements of your subconscious mind are expressed, which can often result in a surprise when you are reading what you wrote, after some time, and some detachment of the experience. What happens namely is that through this method recurring behavior and emotional patterns that are stored in your unconscious are rendered conscious and thus are dissolved. The results are immediate healing and liberation of what is called unconscious repetition urges.
