Bistro Galleria is an original new gastronomic outlet that combines an art gallery with a bistro, as this is known from musea cafeterias in most Western countries, but here the idea is reversed in the sense that the main outlet is the Bistro, not the gallery, while the gallery is a painting exhibition that is as a constant feature, where painters can exhibit their art for free, and pay a 33% fee to BG once a painting is sold. The original attractiveness of such outlets is that people come not only for enjoying food, drink and conversations, but also art, and can purchase art if they want to. All the food and drinks are standardized so that the outlets can be easily duplicated, replicated, exported and cloned in similar settings that should always be in prime locations. A major focus in the gastronomy concept are stone-oven pizzas, fresh salads, French pâté, Italian pasta and French and Italian wines of renown, a wide selection of French quality cheeses as well as light and delicate Dominican Republic cigars.

Creative C International Learning Center and Kindergarten is a pre-school and Kindergarten for the children of expat families in Asia. The project's main features is a clear distinction toward the puritanical, eroticism-hostile and life-denying Anglo-Saxon approach to child rearing, marking a clear difference to the international school and most Australian school projects in South-East Asia. Another essential feature is consciousness of, and care for, the tactile needs of the small child as well as the conscious development of abundant sensuality. Furthermore, the concept creates novelty in that outlets are planned in a chain-store manner that follows the philosophy that not the family must find the school, but the school must come to the families, and thus become an 'around the corner' school with many outlets. Last not least, the concept is financially sound as extravagant tariffs is avoided such as those of the international school are avoided by purchasing schooling material in Asia instead of important it from Western countries and by training, upgrading and monitoring local teachers, keeping the number of expat teachers as small as possible.
