Major Training Topics
The major training topics of all my service training seminars have all been
covered within the Leaderself Interactive
Software that I have programmed for the purpose of training follow-up.
Please bear in mind that for most training topics I use my own
training
terminology.
Positive Self-Empowerment
Motto: 'Empower Yourself by Building Positive Focus'
Purpose: Building the foundation for:
- response-ability,
decide-ability and
create-ability.
Positive Self-Talk
Motto: 'Building Constructive Inner Talk'
Purpose: Enabling a true and lasting change of the
inner mindset and belief system through changing daily self-talk, and
transforming it from the disempowering self-chat into the empowering positive
inner dialogue.
Vision Communication Training
Motto: 'Communicate Through Vision'
Purpose: Preparing the employee for participating
in the formation of the corporate vision statements (Department Vision
Statement, Top-Team Vision Statement, Company Vision Statement and Corporate
Vision Statement) by working and drafting his/her own Personal Vision Statement.
Further, building a Vision Communication Structure (VCS) in the company that
links the top-team with the base through positive and empowering communication
and group-vision building.
RICCA Communication Training
Motto: 'Learn to Read the Silence'
Purpose: An interactive training that serves to build consciousness about body
language and the hidden elements in dialogue, such as all the trust-factors and
unvoiced assumptions derived from observing the other. Part of the
training is a consciousness-enhancing approach that I termed
Hit® which stands
for Holistic Information Transmission. Staff who is
trained in the subtle art
of communication will perform much better, and more effectively, within the
customer relation and equally in staff-staff routine interactions and meetings.
Team Creativity Training
Mottos: 'Become a Team Interactor' - 'Become a Team Director'
Purpose: Teambuilding and group interaction, especially the art to transform
small teams into large teams, something that was exemplarily done by
Microsoft®
Corporation and that was one of the key factors of this company's tremendous
worldwide success. Through quizzes and fun-interaction positive, assertive,
constructive and productive team behavior is modeled and trained, for the
benefit of the total organization, including customers. This is so because many
stress-factors that are the result of faulty team interaction can be avoided
when this training has been done with success.
RoGoTaSc® Weekly Planning Training
Motto: 'Plan What Needs to Be Planned. Give Space to Life.'
Purpose: No planning is also a form of planning. And worse still is
over-planning. The worst chaos in your company, miscommunications and major
mistakes often are the result of planning mania! Wise planning is weekly, not
daily. RoGoTaSc not only teaches productive planning, but also how to prepare
planning through assigning values, roles and goals to specific tasks. To
summarize, an employee that overdoes planning is as bad as one that does not
plan at all. That's why you as a company have an interest to teach your
employees the art and skill of effective planning.
