The major training topics of all my service training seminars have all been covered within the Leaderself Interactive Software that I have programmed for the purpose of training follow-up. Please bear in mind that for most training topics I use my own training terminology.

Please note that these published schedules are samples and drafted from previously conducted seminars. But they may inspire you for thinking and brainstorming about your own training needs. From that idea, you may setup a list of important points you wish to cover in your next corporate training seminar.

I will carefully listen to your needs in the first appointment with you, be it on the phone or in person during a meeting in your company. From the information provided on the site and after a first email or fax exchange we should be able to see together how we best achieve to cover the issues that are at stake in your company for effectively enhancing the service level and performance standard of your management staff and employees.

I will then tailor for you a customized training proposal that is aligned with your long-term training needs and that is drafted in collaboration with your H.R. Manager so that he can later do the follow-up work. Please note that I do not render companies dependent on me and always empower the H.R. Manager to do the necessary follow-up work after each seminar I conduct. This is exactly why I have programmed the interactive Leaderself Software for online use.
